Accounting Clerk

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. Duties Perform data entry and account analysis to ensure precise recording of financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, and Ramp. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections. Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger accounting to maintain accurate financial statements. Assist with journal entries, double-entry bookkeeping, and month-end closing Prepare reports related to budgeting, credit analysis, and account analysis Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, including account reconciliation documentation Experience Proven experience in accounting roles Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks and Ramp Strong understanding of financial concepts such as debits & credits, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, and account analysis. Excellent math skills along with proficiency in data entry (10 key typing) and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
