This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives with focused, day-to-day tasks and has a solid understanding of basic accounting principles along with some exposure to a job-cost environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to stay focused on routine with important tasks that keep our financial records accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and maintain job cost data for ongoing projects Assist with basic accounting functions including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations Review and verify job-related costs and supporting documentation Perform daily and weekly administrative accounting tasks with a high level ofaccuracy What We're Looking For Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance and follow-through Ability to focus and stay on task with everyday responsibilities Trainable to learn our systems and processes Some background or experience in a job cost environment (construction, service,manufacturing, or similar) Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Benefits and Pay We offer a competitive benefits package including health insurance and 401k Competitive pay depending on experience If you are a dependable, detail-focused professional who takes pride in accurate work and wants to be part of a growing team, then submit your resume.
