Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented bookkeeper to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. . Responsibilities Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for report creation, correspondence, and schedule Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Support office management tasks such as paying overhead bills, pay roll taxes, state and local taxes, IRS taxes Entering in invoices into Quickbooks online and pay invoices. Payroll employee's bi-weekly in Quickbooks online, submit payroll taxes, 401k contribution and 401k loan payments. File quarterly payroll reports and year end payroll reports. Maintain a clean, organized workspace conducive to productivity and efficient workflow Provide personal assistant support when required for special project coordination Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry and correspondence Knowledge of office management procedures and clerical best practices Familiarity with QuickBooks online, bookkeeping, paying bills and taxes Ability to proofread documents carefully and maintain high attention to detail Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently This position offers an engaging environment where organizational skills and professional communication are valued. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our office runs smoothly while providing excellent support to staff and clients alike.
