Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to support our daily accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working with financial data, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. This role will focus on bookkeeping functions, financial record maintenance, and general administrative support. Duties Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, including data entry, account reconciliations, and transaction management. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing. Prepare invoices, review billing information, and help ensure timely payments. Maintain organized digital and physical financial files and documentation. Provide administrative support including document preparation, reporting, and office coordination tasks. Communicate with vendors and internal staff regarding billing or administrative matters. Support general office operations as needed. Requirements Previous bookkeeping, accounting support, or administrative experience preferred. Experience with QuickBooks required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word required). Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and financial records. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional references required.
