Job Description:
Position Overview Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team in North Carolina. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for numbers and organization, eager to contribute to the financial health of a dynamic company. Responsibilities Applying payments accurately and efficiently. Handling account reconciliations to ensure financial records are precise. Utilizing Excel to manage and analyze financial data. Managing vendor accounts and maintaining positive relationships. Assisting with various accounting tasks as needed to support the team. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth financial operations. Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, during first shift hours. Benefits Details regarding benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
Additional Details Pay Range:
