AR & AP Specialist FleetPro Truck Center Inc FleetPro Truck Center Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated AR & AP Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting the company's daily financial operations by managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely transactions with both customers and vendors. Responsibilities Oversee customer invoicing, verify accuracy, and receive payments using QuickBooks Desktop Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices Assist with accounts payable functions, including vendor bill payments and collection of required tax forms Monitor corporate card activity, verify expense classifications, and ensure receipts are properly posted Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Collaborate with team members to support company goals and daily operations Complete additional projects and duties as assigned Qualifications Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Power BI Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to take initiative, multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and committed to accuracy.
