Part-Time Accounting Support Specialist•QuickBooks Online Immediate Hire | On-Site | Newton, NC | $25/hour We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Support Specialist to join our team in Newton, NC . This is an immediate opening ideal for someone who is highly comfortable working in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Microsoft Excel and enjoys hands-on accounting support work. This is not a remote position . The role will work on-site in our Newton office. What You'll Do Post and categorize receipts and expenses in QuickBooks Online Enter and maintain accurate financial transactions Prepare and post journal entries Assist with account and transaction reconciliation Review transactions for accuracy and proper coding Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation Perform various day-to-day QuickBooks Online accounting tasks Use Excel to organize, review, and reconcile financial information Research and correct transaction discrepancies Provide additional accounting and bookkeeping support as needed What We're Looking For QuickBooks Online experience is required. We are looking for someone who can come in with a solid working knowledge of QBO rather than someone who needs to be trained on the fundamentals.
