Full-Time About Us Polyhose manufactures the industry's widest range of fluid conveyance systems, including hydraulic hose, thermoplastic hose, PTFE hose, industrial hose, and accessories—efficiently serving U.S. distributors and OEM customers and consistently meeting global hose standards. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team at our Wilmington, NC location. This role is responsible for managing high-volume invoicing, monitoring customer accounts, and ensuring timely collections in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Monitor customer accounts and identify outstanding balances Perform B2B collections and follow up on overdue accounts via phone and email Apply customer payments and reconcile discrepancies Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records Prepare and review aging reports and support month-end close activities Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to resolve billing issues Assist in improving AR processes, cash application efficiency, and internal controls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of accounts receivable experience Experience with B2B collections and customer account management Ability to learn new ERP systems and work inhigh-volume transaction environments Understanding of credit and collections best practices Compensation & Benefits 1 Competitive salary based on experience 2 Health, dental, and vision insurance 3 Paid time off and company holidays 4 Retirement plan options 5 Opportunities for professional growth and advancement How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume to Polyhose Incorporated is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.Pay:
