Accounts Payable

The Accounts Payable Specialist supports high-volume AP operations, handling invoice processing, vendor payments, and financial reconciliation in a fast-paced, manufacturing-focused environment. You'll collaborate closely across procurement, manufacturing, and finance teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, while upholding our global standards and internal controls. Key Responsibilities Accurately process invoices for raw materials, machinery, production tooling, and logistics. Match invoices to POs and receiving documents from the manufacturing floor. Code expenses to appropriate cost centers, GL accounts, and inventory-related accounts. Prepare and execute payment runs—checks, ACH, wire transfers—based on vendor terms and cash flow. Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and resolve issues to maintain strong supplier relationships. Organize and maintain AP documentation in accordance with company policy and audit standards. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities—accruals, reconciliations, reporting. Identify and recommend process improvements, particularly around invoice workflow, automation, and ERP usage. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations. Generate AP metrics (aging reports, payment forecasts, KPIs) and share insights with finance leadership.
