We are a member‑driven organization with 400 members, 25 dedicated employees, and 20-30 active vendors. We are seeking a professional, detail‑oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to support our daily financial operations and serve as a key point of contact for both staff and members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of accounting responsibilities and people interaction in a polished, service‑oriented environment. Position Overview The Bookkeeper/Accountant will oversee the club's core financial functions, including: Accounts Receivable (member billing, monthly statements, payment posting) Accounts Payable (vendor invoices, check runs, vendor management) Payroll Processing (weekly payroll, onboarding, timekeeping review) Journal Entries & Month‑End Close P&L Creation & Financial Reporting Budget Preparation & Tracking Daily Interaction with Employees & Members (professional, friendly communication) This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
