Job Description
We're partnering with a successful and growing organization that needs an experienced Accounts Payable professional to step in and help stabilize a busy accounting department. This is an immediate project opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, organizing processes, and making an impact from day one. What You'll Be Doing Process and manage accounts payable transactions Review and enter invoices accurately and efficiently Assist with payment applications and related documentation Help organize and address outstanding accounting items Work through AP backlogs and ensure timely processing Support the accounting team with additional projects as needed What They're Looking For Prior Accounts Payable experience Experience handling payment applications is highly preferred Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with QuickBooks is a plus Someone who can jump in quickly and provide immediate support Position Details Temporary project expected to last approximately one month Approximately 20-30 hours per week Additional hours may be available during the first few weeks Flexible scheduling available If you're an experienced AP professional looking for a short-term opportunity where your work will make a noticeable difference, we'd love to connect.
