Are you interested in computer technology and want to grow with a young company? Do you like having a variety of responsibilities? We are a small, eight-year-old, Amazon marketplace focused computer reseller business. We provide a comfortable workspace and truly care about our team. This position requires bookkeeping experience, extensive Quickbooks knowledge, analytical skills, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, proven organizational skills, and the ability to do focused computer work eight hours a day, five days a week. You would be working under our full charge bookkeeper as the second person in this role. You would be interacting with the rest of our small team of five in different roles, reporting to the company manager/owner. Want to join our family-like workplace?
RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Create inventory Purchase Orders and receive the Purchase Orders in Quickbooks as the inventory receipt is confirmed. Enter customer returns and shipped removal orders, and investigate any discrepancies. Receive inventory Purchase Orders Check Amazon for messages Maintenance Add new inventory SKUs to Ecomdash and Quickbooks Update and add new Credit Cards to Quickbooks Download Credit Card Statements Download Amazon Payment and Reimbursement Reports Download FBA Customer Returns and Reconcile with Inventory Returns Weekly Credit Card Reconciliations New Removal orders Reconcile Amazon deposits Process Repaired Inventory Process Remarket Inventory - as needed Process Upgraded Inventory - as needed Also Assist with company financial statements. Implement AI to speed up data collection and processing. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, working with team members to ensure inventory integrity. Research, track, and resolve accounting problems. Assist placing orders for new inventory Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards. Keep your work area clean and safe, including occasional vacuuming or sweeping, as needed. Provide backup for other team members when needed. Communicate with, coordinate with and cooperate with team members. Support the company through participation in continuous improvement efforts. Other tasks, as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in bookkeeping and with QuickBooks (minimum 2 years) and thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP. Experience and high level of comfort with technology and office equipment. Strong analytical and statistical skills and mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to develop positive working relationships.
Self-starter:
excel under minimal supervision with the demonstrated ability to establish priorities and self-manage workload. Willingness to take on new responsibilities and adapt as business needs evolve. Strong internet skills. Ability to juggle multiple tasks with superb accuracy. Detail oriented, organized and concerned with accuracy. Methodical and comfortable with routine. Positive and energetic with a can-do attitude.
Self-starter:
excel under minimal supervision with the demonstrated ability to establish priorities and self-manage workload. E-commerce, online resale, internet reseller, or similar experience preferred. Advanced spreadsheet skills preferred. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Experience with AI preferred. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Outstanding work record.

$65,000 Annual Salary.
