Accounting Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Responsibilities:

• Perform billing functions, including invoice preparation and distribution.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support general accounting operations.
• Utilize QuickBooks software to manage financial transactions and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Support cross-training initiatives to ensure continuity in accounting operations.
• Address and resolve any issues related to account discrepancies or payment delays.
• Prepare financial reports as needed to assist in decision-making and planning.
