Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.
- Oversee accounts receivable tasks, including tracking payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Perform billing functions, including invoice preparation and distribution.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and support general accounting operations.
- Utilize QuickBooks software to manage financial transactions and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Support cross-training initiatives to ensure continuity in accounting operations.
- Address and resolve any issues related to account discrepancies or payment delays.
- Prepare financial reports as needed to assist in decision-making and planning.
