This role reports directly to the Finance Director and requires regular communication with Korean headquarters. The position involves a broad range of finance and accounting responsibilities and requires the ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with the Finance Director. Key Responsibilities Support P&L forecasting and variance analysis Assist with annual budgeting and budget tracking Manage accounts payable and vendor payment processing Support month-end and year-end closing activities Prepare internal financial reports for management Coordinate expense reports and travel expense administration Communicate with Korean headquarters regarding financial reporting and inquiries Support ad-hoc financial and operational tasks as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3-5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience Experience in budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting Basic understanding of GAAP principles Strong Excel skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a structured environment ERP experience preferred Language Requirement Fluent in Korean and English (written and verbal) Ability to communicate financial information clearly in both languages

Compensation Base Salary:

$85,000 - $105,000 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications) Eligible for performance-based annual bonus Standard benefits package
