Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage core accounting functions for a well-established mid-sized company. This position will handle full-cycle bookkeeping, maintain financial integrity, and partner with internal stakeholders to support effective financial operations. ResponsibilitiesOversee full-cycle bookkeeping including AP, AR, and general ledger maintenanceProcess invoices, vendor payments, and customer billingPerform bank, credit card, and account reconciliationsManage cash applications, aging reports, and collections follow-upPrepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate financial recordsAssist with month-end and year-end close processesGenerate financial reports including P&L and balance sheetHandle payroll processing and related reconciliations (if applicable)Coordinate with external accountants for tax filing and auditsMaintain and improve accounting procedures and internal controls
