Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

8:30am•5:00pm; 30 minute unpaid lunch

Responsibilities:

Process AP invoices Match POs to invoices Process POs in workflow and upload to Traverse and DocUnity Update CTF spreadsheets Post cash receipts ad disbursements weekly and/or monthly Receive and post rent payments from Housing (primarily at month end) Deposit monthly DDD and regular Escrow checks Deposit and post Trento rents from consumers Other projects as assigned

Philosophy Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years bookkeeping experience; Candidate must be detail-oriented; excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; Valid Driver's License required. All positions require a valid driver's license in good standing, and pre-employment drug screening. All candidates, if hired, will be expected to cooperate with Oaks Integrated Care and The Department of Human Services in all inspections and investigations.
