Job description Capri Bookkeeping Solutions is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to oversee comprehensive day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations for a diverse portfolio of small to mid-sized businesses. This role involves managing full-cycle bookkeeping functions, including account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and month-end close activities. The position requires direct collaboration with business owners and clients to ensure accurate financial reporting, operational efficiency, and exceptional client service. Ideal candidates possess strong multi-client management experience, advanced organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented professional environment. The bookkeeper will interact with clients throughout the service engagement. Job location is in office 5 days a week. This is a well seasoned position for an experienced bookkeeper with expertise in working with multiple clients. Responsibilities Direct full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping operations for a portfolio of small and mid-sized business clients, ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with established accounting practices. Manage key financial functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll administration, cash flow monitoring, sales tax processing, journal entries, account reconciliations, 1099's and month-end close processes. Partnered directly with business owners, entrepreneurs, and leadership teams to provide financial oversight, resolve accounting issues, and support strategic business operations. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records, supporting timely reporting and informed decision-making across multiple client accounts. Utilized QuickBooks Online/Desktop to optimize accounting workflows, maintain general ledger accuracy, and improve financial reporting processes. Coordinate and prioritize multiple client engagements within a high-volume, fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strengthened client relationships through professional communication, responsive service, and proactive financial support. Collaborated cross-functionally with internal teams and management to improve operational processes and ensure seamless client service delivery. Leverage Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook to support financial analysis, reporting, and executive-level communication. Demonstrate leadership, organizational, and project coordination capabilities in managing concurrent accounting priorities and client deliverables. Qualifications Bookkeeping experience 5 year required QuickBooks Online/Desktop experience required, is a must Able to work in fast pace environment Accounting knowledge, 3-5 years experience Basic project management skills Microsoft Office proficiency is required Microsoft Outlook proficiency is required Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent customer support skills Ability to work under a supervisor and a team dynamic
