Job Description

Application Specialist
SUMMARY ADD
Systems is looking for an application specialist to work directly with our customers and assist them with their use of our retail enterprise software. This key position works closely with our customers to assist them in their daily processing of financials, pricebook management and inventory reconciliation. Customer satisfaction is our top priority!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide end user software support via telephone / email / web for retail accounting software, ADD eStore and Atlas Reporting Research accounting discrepancies in daily paperwork and inventory Troubleshoot technical problems Assist with software set-up and configuration Outgoing communication with team members and other departments
REQUIREMENTS
Previous convenience store / retail experience is preferred Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with organizational skills Works well in a team-oriented environment Basic accounting and inventory knowledge Previous customer service experience Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook Understanding of Microsoft Windows Knowledge of general networking a plus Experience with inventory reconciliation a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern Time Zone. Selected candidate will work out of our Warwick, RI office, or remotely if approved. Salary range: $60,000-80,000 USD. Selected candidate must pass a background and drug test.
