Accounting Full Job Description Summary:

Seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist with expertise in aerospace manufacturing to ensure precise invoicing and financial accuracy.

Requirements:

Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or relevant work experience. 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Epicor. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in processing financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

Review packing slips for sequence accuracy and run invoices from the ERP system. Cross-check invoices with POs for accuracy in prices, quantities, and part numbers. Create manual invoices as needed and generate customer statements using Excel. Make adjustments to invoices to balance customer accounts and run weekly aged receivables reports. Identify past-due invoices and follow up to ensure timely payments; verify payment details match corresponding invoices. Process returns details (RMA) from the Returns department and issue credits. #grpb

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
