Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices in the accounting system Review invoices for accuracy (vendor name, amount, invoice date, due date, coding) Assist with ACH, check, and wire payment preparation Track open invoices and follow up on missing or past-due items Support month-end closing activities and reconciliations Maintain organized digital and physical accounting records Communicate with internal teams regarding invoice status and missing information Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or relevant courses in accounting, finance, and/or bookkeeping (required) Speaks Korean (required) Basic understanding of AP/AR and general accounting principles 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience (preferred) Proficient in Excel (data entry, sorting, basic formulas)
