Senior Accounting Associate:

Managing bookkeeping functions to ensure accurate financial records Processing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Reconciling customer accounts between two systems Handling payments and invoicing Bringing bank reconciliations up to date after a backlog and maintaining consistent monthly reconciliations moving forward Handling collections with professionalism and tact Performing accurate and timely data entry Preparing invoices and maintaining billing records Working with POS systems to support daily operations
