ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES ASSOCIATE

Distribution, NJ are looking for full time Office Accounts Receivables Associate. They need someone who can work independently as well as with other office staff to ensure constant workflow. Job Summary Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable functions including collections, and application of payment. Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections. Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts via calls and emails. Ensure timely collection of payments. Reconcile customers accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve disputes. Issue credit notes, debit notes, and adjustments with proper approvals. Apply payments received via wire, ACH, checks, credit cards & Cash. Prepare monthly AR reports and share status with management. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have basic to intermediate level of knowledge of Word & Excel. Must have Basic knowledge of Quick Books. Office timing 9 to 6 pm., Monday to Friday. Must have a Legal Status to work in the United States.

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
