We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Specialis t to join our accounting team. In this critical role, you will support the dealership's daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, reconciliations, journal entries, and vehicle deal processing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and committed to accuracy, accountability, and maintaining the financial integrity of the dealership. Previous accounting experience required Automotive dealership accounting experience strongly preferred Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting principles Experience with dealership software platforms such as Tekion, Dealertrack, or similar systems preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Positive attitude and collaborative team-oriented approach Proficient in computer and data entry skills Working Conditions Primarily office-based environment within an automotive dealership Frequent use of computers, calculators, telephones, and office equipment Requires prolonged periods of sitting, typing, and reviewing financial records Occasional lifting of files or office materials up to 20 pounds Fast-paced environment requiring strong attention to detail and adaptability What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of $22.00-$27.00 per hour, depending on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan with company participation Stable, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement A leadership team that values accountability, accuracy, and employee success Join the Power Ford Team If you're someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys supporting the financial operations of a successful dealership, and wants to be part of a team that values excellence and accountability, we'd love to hear from you.
