This is a fully onsite opportunity with the potential to extend beyond the initial assignment for the right candidate. This role offers a unique blend of payroll and accounts payable responsibilities, with payroll duties taking priority at the beginning of each week and accounts payable responsibilities rounding out the remainder of the week. The hourly range is between $28/hr-$32/hr DOE. Schedule & Responsibilities Payroll (Monday-Wednesday) Process multi-state payroll for up to 500 employees across multiple entities. Audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Review employee timecards, pay adjustments, deductions, and tax withholdings. Research and resolve payroll discrepancies. Assist with payroll reporting and payroll-related inquiries. Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information. Accounts Payable (Thursday-Friday) Process approximately 1,000 invoices per week. Perform invoice coding, matching, and data entry. Review invoices for accuracy and proper approvals. Research and resolve vendor discrepancies. Maintain vendor records and support payment processing. Assist with AP reconciliations and reporting as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of recent payroll processing experience. Experience processing multi-state payroll required. Experience supporting multiple entities or locations highly preferred. High-volume accounts payable experience required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/payroll systems. Workday experience is a plus. Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required. Interested? Apply now!
Pay Details:
