Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive A/R specialist to support invoicing and billing, including generating and sending invoices and working with long term care insurance documentation. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and billing experience, especially if you've worked with insurance processes before.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances. Contact clients to follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely payments. Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a professional manner. Prepare and send out invoices and statements. Maintain accurate records of all collections activities. Collaborate with other departments to address any issues impacting collections. Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status and collections efforts.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred. Proven experience in accounts receivable and collections. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Details:
