This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing accounting responsibilities with a variety of administrative and office support functions. The successful candidate will assist with accounts payable processing, vendor communications, recordkeeping, and a variety of general office and administrative tasks as assigned. Responsibilities Accounts Payable Duties Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely. Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents. Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH, and electronic payments. Maintain vendor files and update account information as needed. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and account status. Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities. Administrative & Office Support Duties Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Greet visitors and assist with general office inquiries. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Order and maintain office supplies and inventory. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record management. Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars as needed. Support Human Resources with onboarding paperwork and employee records. Assist management with special projects and other administrative duties. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration experience. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Experience with accounting software.
