This is a full-time office staff position for professional, courteous and energetic workers. Must work well with others and be goal driven. Our hours of operation is Monday through Friday during normal business ours. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and record journal entries to ensure accurate financial data entry using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Adobe, or similar platforms. Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations to verify account balances and identify discrepancies promptly. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment scheduling. Conduct balance sheet reconciliation to ensure all assets, liabilities, and equity accounts are properly accounted for in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions, including debits & credits, journal entries, and account analysis. Qualifications Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles including GAAP and governmental accounting standards. Demonstrated ability in general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, and account reconciliation processes. Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping systems and financial concepts such as debits & credits and journal entries. Experience with bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable management. Ability to analyze financial data accurately and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
