This role is responsible for assisting with billing, payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up, claims management, insurance reimbursement tracking, accounts payable activities, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will ensure timely claim processing, accurate payment reconciliation, and effective follow-up on outstanding balances while supporting the organization's overall financial operations. Key Responsibilities Perform daily billing activities Accurately post payments information, adjustments, and reimbursements into the billing and accounting systems. Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records, ensuring all transactions are accurately entered and processed in a timely manner. Support monthly reconciliation of cash receipts, billing records, and general ledger accounts. Assist the Accounting Manager with preparing financial and revenue cycle reports. Track due dates for invoices, claims submissions, payer requests, contracts, and other financial transactions. Verify billing information, patient demographics, insurance eligibility, and coding documentation for accuracy. Contribute to team success by performing additional administrative, billing, accounting, and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and bookkeeping experience . Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Bilingual Chinese and English strongly preferred. Preferred Skills Strong customer service and patient account communication skills. Ability to reconcile high volumes of payment transactions accurately.
