Role:
The Accounting Assistant will be an essential part of our finance team, handling financial transactions and record-keeping. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys supporting a dynamic team.
What You'll Do:
Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records using Quickbooks. Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable. Reconciling bank and credit card statements with meticulous attention to detail. Support month-end closing processes and assist with financial report preparation. Provide administrative support to the Finance department.
What You'll Bring:
Associates degree or equivalent experience in accounting. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on accounting experience. A good understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks. Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
