Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our growing company. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, experience in the construction or contracting industry, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the company's bookkeeping and accounting functions. Maintain the general ledger and reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare and process payroll, including payroll tax filings. Generate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements. Prepare job cost reports and monitor project profitability. Reconcile subcontractor invoices, vendor statements, and customer payments. Track project expenses and allocate costs accurately. Prepare and file sales tax and other required tax reports. Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning. Coordinate with CPA for year-end tax preparation and audits. $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
