• Part-time Essential Functions:

• Pay all trust payables
• Prepare trust items for approval and payment
• Manage Financial Relationship as needed
• Coordinate operations with financial institutions
• Make beneficiary and agency deposits
• Assist with annual court and agency accountings
• Work with beneficiary creditors on payment issues
• Archive all trust payable information
• Assist in preparation of the annual audit and tax preparation
• Monitor trust balances
• Administrative Tasks Education and requirements:
• Associates Degree or higher preferred, with a minimum 3 years work experience in non-profit field
• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and execution of accounting principles
• Must have meticulous attention to detail
• Valid NYS Driver's License
• Attend and pass all required trainings and seminars provided by CLCF
• To execute all policies and procedures adopted by CLCF
• Demonstrate a professional and positive working attitude and communicate effectively to supervisors and co-workers
• Comfortable working with developmentally and physically disabled
• Must have the physical ability listed under "Physical Factors.

Physical Factors:

Indoor, must be able to remain in stationary position 90% of the time, constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and printer, needs to moved about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc., must be able to move, transports, position, put, install or remove objects up to and including 15 pounds.
