QuickBooks Bookkeeper - Technology / IT ServicesAnna Parson at Robert Half is partnering with a growing IT/technology services organization seeking a tech‑savvy QuickBooks Bookkeeper to support a multi‑entity environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Bookkeeper who enjoys automation, clean reconciliations, and working closely with an external CPA.As the Bookkeeper, you will: Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping across multiple related entities, including intercompany transactions using QuickBooks Desktop Record cash activity by pulling and posting daily cash and banking reportsPerform monthly bank reconciliations (approximately 30 accounts; majority low activity, with several high‑volume operating accounts)Reconcile corporate credit cards (AMEX), including GL coding, receipt verification, and allocationsPrepare and post journal entries as neededSupport both cash and accrual accounting methodsPartner with outside CPA firm for reporting and tax support (no formal month‑end close)Assist with accounts payable within an automated AP environment and help improve current processesContact Anna Parson at Robert Half if you are a tech savvy, QuickBooks Bookkeeper eager to work with top management in a tech environment or Apply Now!!!
