This role involves coordinating with international teams and helping manage customer service and service activations. Responsibilities Process home internet sign-ups from start to completion Assist customers with cell phone prepaid refills and service requests Respond to customer inquiries via WeChat, online messages, and phone call Communicate and coordinate with team members in China and the Philippines Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry and order tracking Support store operations and help resolve issues quickly Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications Bilingual:

Chinese and English required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable communicating with customers and international teams Ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of inquiries Experience in operations, administration, or retail support is a plus Compensation Base pay + commission opportunities Additional earning potential based on internet /mobile line sign-ups and service activations Great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
