Description QuickBooks Bookkeeper - Technology / IT Services Anna Parson at Robert Half is partnering with a growing IT/technology services organization seeking a tech‑savvy QuickBooks Bookkeeper to support a multi‑entity environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Bookkeeper who enjoys automation, clean reconciliations, and working closely with an external CPA. As the Bookkeeper, you will: + Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping across multiple related entities, including intercompany transactions using QuickBooks Desktop + Record cash activity by pulling and posting daily cash and banking reports + Perform monthly bank reconciliations (approximately 30 accounts; majority low activity, with several high‑volume operating accounts) + Reconcile corporate credit cards (AMEX), including GL coding, receipt verification, and allocations + Prepare and post journal entries as needed + Support both cash and accrual accounting methods + Partner with outside CPA firm for reporting and tax support (no formal month‑end close) + Assist with accounts payable within an automated AP environment and help improve current processes Contact Anna Parson at Robert Half if you are a tech savvy, QuickBooks Bookkeeper eager to work with top management in a tech environment or !!!
