Job Description

Our company is currently seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our clients. Saranto Calamas CPA, PC is a full-service public accounting firm. We are looking for knowledgeable bookkeepers that have experience working on multiple clients. Staff management experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records. Compute and record numerical data. Check the accuracy of business transactions. Perform data entry. Analyze and Verify Balance Sheet Accounts. Process and file Payroll and Payroll tax returns. Prepare and file sales
Tax Returns Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Strong organizational skills. Deadline and detail-oriented. QuickBooks Experience is required. Payroll processing experience a plus. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
