Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations and oversee general office functions. This role is ideal for someone who can balance bookkeeping responsibilities with administrative oversight in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting Support month-end and year-end close processes Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external partners Assist with general administrative tasks and office management duties Qualifications Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Strong MS Excel skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Payroll processing experience Prior supervisory or team lead experience Experience with multi-entity bookkeeping
