What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliationsPrepare and maintain monthly financial statements, general ledger entries, and account reconciliationsSupport month-end and year-end close processesCollaborate with client finance teams to identify issues and streamline processesProvide support for budget preparation and financial reportingMaintain compliance with GAAP standards and client-specific proceduresWork across a variety of environments — from small businesses to large corporate teams
What We're Looking For:
