Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines accurate financial management with efficient administrative support, ensuring our office runs smoothly and effectively. You will handle essential bookkeeping tasks, manage front desk operations, and support daily office functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using job power software, including data entry, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable. Minor payroll duties. Compile records for outside CPA at years end. Oversee office management tasks such as filing, organizing documents, proofreading correspondence, and maintaining office supplies Assist with clerical duties including data entry, document proofreading, filing systems, and maintaining accurate records Provide administrative support to team members by managing emails, preparing reports, and coordinating logistics for various projects Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent computer literacy including data entry. Prio experience in a Construction firm is a strong plus. Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines Attention to detail in proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records Prior bookkeeping experience including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations is essential Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and positive energy will make a real difference!
