This position plays a vital role in maintaining strong vendor relationships, supporting financial integrity, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. Responsibilities Processing invoices Ensure all payments are processed accurately and in accordance with company policies and deadlines. Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies promptly. Logging invoices into the internal system Administrative support Skills Proven experience in accounts payable functions Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and proficiency.
