Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant (Bilingual - English/Spanish) Fresh Start Facility Services | New York, NY | Part-time to Full-time Fresh Start Facility Services is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to support our growing cleaning and facility services company. The role begins as part-time with strong potential to grow into full-time .
Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping tasks:
invoices, accounts payable/receivable, payroll support.
Administrative duties:
scheduling, filing, client communications. Assist management with daily operations and office support.
Qualifications Bilingual:
English & Spanish required Bookkeeping/accounting software experience preferred (QuickBooks, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask What We Offer Flexible part-time hours with opportunity for growth Competitive hourly pay based on experience Supportive team environment
