As our company continues to expand, we are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Responsibilities Process and manage vendor invoices using third-party payment platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Handle customer invoicing, payment processing, and collections with customers direct and through third-party systems. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances professionally and promptly. Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Maintain organized financial records, documentation, and communications in compliance with company procedures. Communicate daily with vendors and customers via phone and email to resolve billing and payment issues. Assist with weekly filing, administrative duties, and special projects as needed. Support customer service-related tasks and collaborate with internal team members to improve workflow efficiency. Qualifications Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting preferred . Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is strongly preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Professional attitude with strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
