What You'll Do:

+ Manage high-volume invoice processing with accuracy and timeliness. + Maintain strong vendor relationships and handle all vendor inquiries. + Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end close. + Administer 1099 processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. + Leverage your knowledge of CT, NY, and NJ sales tax requirements (a plus!). + Collaborate with the accounting team to drive process improvements. Requirements What We're Looking For:

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in high-volume Accounts Payable roles. + Strong hands-on experience with vendor management and 1099 processing. + Familiarity with sales tax requirements in CT, NY, and NJ is highly desirable, but not required. + Construction or related industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory. + Proficiency with AP/accounting systems; excellent attention to detail. + Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
