Job DescriptionJob Description Tru-fit Products is looking for an accounting clerk. The position includes but is not limited to: Accounts Receivable
Company DescriptionSince 1928 Tru-fit Products Tru-Weld has been manufacturing weld studs and fasteners for a variety of applications. These applications can range from small everyday handheld tools and yard machinery, all the way up to automobiles, aircrafts, bridges, ocean liners, steel structure buildings, and military vehicles. In addition to the fasteners, Tru-Weld also designs, manufactures, and sells its own line of stud welding equipment and accessories. This all encompassing approach to weld studs and fasteners allows Tru-Weld to thoroughly support its customers and all of their unique applications. \r\n\r\nOur experienced management and staff are committed to providing the utmost in quality and service in every step of our production while also remaining competitive in the marketplace. It is our goal to meet our customer's needs more effectively than our competitors through a process of continuous quality improvement. Our long-standing relationship with our customers and suppliers is our key to continued success and growth.
- Send invoices to customer
- Post cash receipts, including ACH, checks and credit cards
- Process credit card payment
- Follow up with customers on unpaid invoices
- Place collection calls and emails
- Research and resolve billing issues Skills
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping practices and accounting
- Organized and Detail oriented
- Knowledge in Excel, Outlook and accounting software
- Ability to process documents in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
