Accounts Payable Coordinator Location:
Orrville, OH Company:
Orrville Trucking & Grading Position Summary Orrville Trucking and Grading Co. is a family-owned ready-mix manufacturer with 5 locations in Orrville, Wooster, Lodi, and Bellville. Founded in 1957, OTG has expanded from ready-mix to aggregate hauling, mining and precast production. Orrville Trucking & Grading is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage the full-cycle accounts payable process. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting overall expense control. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and proactive in resolving discrepancies, with hands-on experience using Sage Intacct.
Key Responsibilities What Does Winning Look Like Do What You Say, Say What You Do:
  • Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure all payments are completed according to company policies and deadlines
  • Manage the full accounts payable cycle using
Sage Intacct Every Minute Counts:
  • Enter and maintain vendor records within Sage Intacct, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts within Sage Intacct
  • Generate and analyze accounts payable reports, aging reports, and payment registers in
Sage Intacct Be A Problem Solver:
  • Monitor and control expenses by reviewing invoices and payment documentation
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate with vendors as needed
  • Reconcile vendor statements and accounts within
Sage Intacct Be One Team:
  • Support month-end closing processes, including AP accruals and reporting
Customer Obsession:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Qualifications & Skills 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience (required) Experience with Sage Intacct (required) Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including functions such as VLOOKUP, SUM, and AVERAGE Strong mathematical and analytical skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong communication and problem-solving skills Professional demeanor and attention to detail Work Environment & Schedule Full-time, in-office position Monday to Friday, day shift Overtime may be required Compensation & Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account (HSA) Life insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Bonus opportunities Additional Requirements Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Orrville, OH 44667 prior to start date
