Accounts Payable LHH US Catoosa, OK Job Details Full-time $46,000 - $56,000 a year 23 hours ago Qualifications Accounting systems Full Job Description A growing organization in the Catoosa area is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely processing of payables.
Overview:
This role manages invoice processing, payments, and vendor coordination while supporting process improvements and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and code vendor invoices, ensuring accurate matching to purchase orders and resolving variances Prioritize and schedule payments to balance cash flow and vendor commitments Issue payments via ACH, check, and credit card, following internal controls and fraud prevention measures Reconcile assigned accounts and maintain accurate ledger activity Serve as a contact for vendor questions and research discrepancies Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Handle EDI transactions and monitor for accuracy Partner with internal teams to correct purchasing, receiving, or pricing issues Assist with 1099's Contribute to broader accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of recent accounts payable experience Strong attention to detail and organization skills Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems Must be dependable and open to a full time, onsite role
Pay Details:
