Monday, May 25th, 2026 About the Role HANOR is seeking an Accounting Specialist I to support the daily operations of our Finance & Accounting team in Enid, Oklahoma. This role is responsible for processing invoices, entering data accurately, organizing records, and supporting accounting functions to ensure information is maintained accurately and timely. The Accounting Specialist I follows established procedures, maintains organized documentation, and communicates effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth accounting operations while supporting The HANOR Way culture. Key Responsibilities
Enter data into accounting systems accurately and on time.
Process vendor invoices following established steps and approvals.
Upload and organize production, inventory, and cost information.
Review entries for basic errors before submitting.
Maintain organized records and documentation.
Follow daily and weekly task lists as assigned.
Communicate with the team when information is missing or unclear.
Escalate issues or discrepancies to the Accounting Operations Coordinator.
Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree in accounting or related field or comparable experience required; bachelor's degree preferred.
2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
Experience in the agricultural or livestock industry is a plus.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and established processes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
