Pay increase available upon permanent hire conversionWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a growing office team in Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, computer savvy, and has experience supporting administrative operations along with light accounting and payroll functions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a variety of office responsibilities while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and strong communication with both internal staff and external contacts.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative and office support to management and staffAssist with light accounting duties including invoice processing, data entry, and reconciliationsSupport payroll processing by reviewing timesheets, entering payroll information, and maintaining recordsAnswer phones, respond to emails, and assist visitors professionallyMaintain organized files, records, and documentationEnter and update information accurately within company systemsAssist with scheduling, reporting, and other clerical tasks as neededSupport day-to-day office operations and special projects
