You'll play a key role in keeping our club's finances running smoothly — handling cash and revenue processes, supporting our members, and helping our accounting operations stay accurate and organized. What You'll Do Cash & Revenue Management
  • Count, balance, and reallocate cash for registers, Lottery, and ATM twice a week.
  • Record adjusting entries in the accounting program to reflect reallocation activities.
  • Create and make a weekly bank deposit.
  • Balance the cash, checks, and credit card clearing general ledger (GL) accounts. Membership Management
  • Onboard new members and process member resignations.
  • Maintain member accounts, respond to member inquiries, and adjust accounts as necessary.
  • Record and process member payments.
  • Follow up with past-due member accounts. Additional Accounting Support
  • Accounts payable.
  • Credit card and bank reconciliations.
  • Other projects as assigned. What We're Looking For
  • Accounting or business degree, or equivalent workplace experience.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, especially in a club or hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, member-first attitude.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn new systems and take on new opportunities.
