Job Description

Job DescriptionJob Description Accounting Clerk (Temp to Hire) We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Bedford, OH. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term growth. If you have strong data entry skills and a foundation in accounting, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule & Compensation Hours:
30-40 hours per week,
Monday-Friday Shift Options:
7:00 AM•3:30 PM or 8:00 AM•4:30 PM (flexible within reason)
Pay Rate:
$20•22/hour, based on experience Key Responsibilities Enter weekly invoices accurately into the Accounts Payable system Research and resolve invoice discrepancies Prepare weekly vendor payments Assist with weekly audits of store locations Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Support accounting team with additional tasks as needed Qualifications Associate's degree preferred, or 2+ years of accounting experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Solid problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) Experience with accounting systems (MS Dynamics or Great Plains a plus) 10-key and high-volume data entry experience preferred Ability to pass a background check. Pay Details:
