BOOKKEEPER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes The Bookkeeper will perform bank and credit card reconciliations Prepare and post journal entries Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records The Bookkeeper will assist with month-end close and reporting activities The Bookkeeper will support accounting and operational projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE BOOKKEEPER ROLE

3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience QuickBooks Online experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Solid understanding of basic accounting principles EB-4733303439
